Tropical Flower - 1991 Pinto Saddlebred Mare

Lakeview Pintos started out as Lakeview Arabians with one horse crazy kid and a grade mare bred to an
Arabian stallion. After years of raising and showing grey horses, the passion for color took hold and we
started breeding Half-Arabian pintos, thus becoming Lakeview Arabians and Pintos. The creation of National
Show Horse introduced us to the American Saddlebred. It wasn't long before we crossed over to all Saddlebreds
with the goal in mind of breeding beautiful American Saddlebreds with spots and ending up as Lakeview Pintos.

Along with our passion for pintos, we fully admit to having a passion for taking pictures, actually an obsession.
However, obsessions are all a part of owning horses. Below are some of our favorite pictures of horses we've
owned in the past or foals that were bred here at our scenic farm overlooking Lake Whatcom in Bellingham, Washington. We hope you enjoy them too.
